Shipping and delivery
This page explains Delmi Mart's shipping and delivery policies and the terms and conditions of this service.
Delmi Mart ships its products directly from its warehouse in Cholet (49) via the DPD carrier. We offer delivery anywhere in France and abroad.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays in France).
National shipping
Free delivery
National delivery is free for orders of €200 or more.
Delivery charges in real time
For orders not eligible for free delivery, delivery costs are calculated when you validate your basket, once you have filled in your delivery address, based on weight and distance from our site in Cholet (49), France.
You must provide a mobile phone number in order to receive appointment proposals from DPD. DPD delivery times may vary from 1 to 3 working days, excluding processing time from our warehouse.
International shipping
International shipping and handling is handled by DPD. Charges are calculated in real time at the time of payment, based on the weight of the order and the distance from our site in Cholet (49), France.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been validated, you will receive an invoice for your products and details of your shipment (tracking number) by e-mail.
DPD will contact you by message to offer you delivery slots to ensure that you are at home to receive your parcels.
To do this, you need to fill in your contact details, including a mobile phone number.
Products damaged or sent in error
Although deliveries are carefully packaged, damage and errors may occur during transport. Please see our returns policy. Incorrect shipping information.
Incorrect delivery information
Delmi Mart delivers to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. We accept no responsibility for incorrect information.
We are not responsible for delivery charges for parcels returned due to missing or incorrect information. These will be re-invoiced with the new transport costs for re-sending the same order.
Packaging
Each order is packaged with care and appropriate protection. Bubble wrap protects each glass container, and the carton is finally wedged to ensure that all your products arrive at your door in perfect condition.
There are no additional packaging costs, we take care of this.

Order processing
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Processing times can vary from 24 to 48 hours. This ensures that the correct items are dispatched and packaged appropriately, minimising the risk of damage. Orders received at weekends and on public holidays will be processed from the following working week.
Conditions for acceptance of goods
On delivery, the recipient must inspect the items received and inform us immediately if they are not in good condition. The recipient must make any reservations on the carrier's receipt so that DPD can be informed and we can lodge a complaint with their services.
If we have not been informed of any defect or error in the items received on the day of delivery and if no reservations have been made to the carrier at the time of delivery, then the recipient will be presumed to have accepted the items and to have waived any rights in this respect.

Cancellation and refund policy
Please send your cancellation request by e-mail to Customer Services (delmi@pinoy-grocery.com) or via our website contact form.
If the order has not been processed at our warehouse, we will refund the full amount of the cancellation at no extra charge.
If the order is processed, it will be treated as a return.
Returns procedure / Withdrawal period
In accordance with the law in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
You must make a return request by e-mail to Customer Service (delmi@pinoy-grocery.com) or via our website contact form.
It is imperative that you contact us before returning any products. Delmi Mart declines all responsibility for any loss or shipping costs incurred in the event of an untimely return.
Return costs and penalties
In the event of negligence on the part of the seller (incorrect delivery, defective product, damaged goods, etc.), the costs will be reimbursed to the customer free of charge.
In the event of negligence on the part of the purchaser (change of mind, impulse purchase, loss of goods, etc.), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Unauthorised returns
If the 14-day period following receipt of the product is exceeded. If the products are lost, opened or damaged due to negligence or inappropriate use by the customer. If the product label is removed or if the box is lost or damaged (unless the packaging is damaged in order to check the contents of the product). If the value of the product has decreased significantly to the point of making resale impossible or difficult.
Processing Returns and Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your order, we will inform you whether or not your request for a refund has been accepted. If the return is accepted, a refund will be made to the method of payment used for the order within 14 days.
Please note that the time taken to process your refund may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
