Mamon Tostado is a circle-shaped pastry that is very popular in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu, where it originated. It is generally made from a mixture of flour, fat, eggs and sugar. This delicacy is often bought as pasalubong, a Filipino tradition in which travellers bring back gifts from their destinations to give to their loved ones on their return.
